Data Deletion

How to delete your data

If you want us to delete the personal information we hold about you — including your WhatsApp conversations with our automation systems — email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion" and include the phone number or email you used to interact with us.

• Request confirmation: within the following 48 hours.
• Full deletion: within the following 30 days, except for information we are legally required to retain (for example, billing data for tax purposes).
• Final notice: once deletion is complete, we'll send you a confirmation through the same channel.

For more detail on what information we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.
