1. Introduction

At Luyando Agency ("we", "our" or "the company"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our website luyandoagency.com and our marketing and sales automation services for real estate agents (Content Automation System and Secretaria AI).

By using our website and services, you accept the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide directly:

When you complete our contact form or hire us for services, we may collect:

2.2 Automatically collected information:

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

2.3 WhatsApp information (Secretaria AI):

If you signed up for the Secretaria AI service, when a lead messages you on WhatsApp our system may process the content of the message (in order to reply), the contact phone number, and the property details being asked about. As explained in section 6, we do not retain the literal content of these conversations — only a context summary needed for follow-up, stored in your CRM.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses the Meta Pixel (from Meta/Facebook), a tool that places cookies in your browser to measure the performance of our ads and understand how you interact with the site after seeing one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram. This tool may collect data such as the pages you visit, your IP address, and your interaction with the site, and share that information with Meta Platforms, Inc. in accordance with its own privacy policy.

We do not use additional analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) or third-party tracking cookies beyond the Meta Pixel described above.

This pixel is not activated automatically. When you enter our site you'll see a notice where you can accept or decline its use; it only activates if you choose "Accept." You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's browsing data in your browser settings (which makes the notice appear again). For more control over how Meta uses your data, you can review your ad settings directly in your Facebook or Instagram account.

Since we also operate in the United States and Canada: if you're a California resident, you have the right to opt out of us "sharing" your information for advertising purposes under the CCPA/CPRA — declining the cookie notice does exactly that. If you're in Canada, our use of these cookies is based on your express consent under PIPEDA (and, if you're in Quebec, under Law 25, which requires tracking to be off by default until you accept it — which is how it's set up here).

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

5. How We Share Your Information

9. International Transfers

Since we operate services in USA, Canada, and Mexico, your information may be transferred and processed in these countries. By using our services, you consent to these transfers.

Although we do not currently have clients in Europe, if we provide services to European Union residents in the future, we will comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
